Built like it matters.

We build the custom software your business runs on. Whether it gets used or worked around is decided before any code is written. We get that right.

Why now

The tools are everywhere. The results are not.

“Building software around your own way of working used to be too expensive to justify. Now it is part of how a business stays ahead.”
— Ackho

Singapore firms using AI run it on off-the-shelf tools. Fewer than half have built anything around their own way of working (IMDA, 2025)
21%
Companies using AI have actually redesigned how the work happens. The rest layered it on top of what was already there (McKinsey, 2025)
39%
Companies using AI that see any measurable effect on profit. Redesigning the work is what most separates them from the rest (McKinsey, 2025)

Services

Build, transform, automate, secure. One standard.

We are industry agnostic, with experience across sectors. Simple or complex, we take it on. The domain changes but the standard does not.

Software & product engineering

Web platforms, internal tools, integrations, and the unglamorous systems a business actually runs on.

Digital transformation

Mapping how the work happens before deciding what software should exist. Most of the value is in the steps we delete.

Agentic AI & automation

Agents scoped to one workflow, evaluated before they go live, with a human holding anything that matters.

Security & risk

Penetration testing against your apps, cloud and network. Findings ranked by what they reach, and a retest in the fee.

For startups

Technical leadership, for exactly as long as you need it.

For founders who need technical judgement before they can justify a full-time hire.

  1. Start here

    Advisory / office hours

A standing slot to think through architecture, a build-versus-buy call, or the first few engineering hires.

    • No retainer
    • One decision at a time
    • A written plan you can act on

    Ad hoc, no minimum

  2. The main value

    Fractional CTO

Defined days a week, embedded in your team: in your standups, in your codebase, and accountable for the decisions rather than commenting on them.

    • Set days each week, in your calendar
    • Own the architecture and the hiring bar
    • In your channels, not on a call once a month

    Monthly retainer, rolling

  3. The exit

Set up your next CTO to succeed

Your next CTO starts from a system that already works: the decisions documented, the architecture proven, and a hiring bar already set.

    • A hiring bar that outlasts us
    • An overlap that carries the context forward
    • A decision log that's theirs from day one

    Planned from the start

FAQ

How this works.

How much does custom software cost in Singapore?
There's no fixed number, because the price follows the scope. Scoping happens before any code is written, and its job is to surface every feature the build actually needs, so nothing gets added to the invoice once work starts. That's the no-hidden-costs part, and running a lean team efficiently is what keeps the number competitive against a larger agency.
Do you work fixed price or time and materials?
Depends on the work. Simple builds and advisory get a single fixed price, with small extras included at no charge. Complex builds are billed by milestone instead of by the hour, because you're paying for the result, not the time it took, and the risk of a bad estimate sits with us.
Who owns the code you write?
Depends on the arrangement, and we're flexible on both. If you want the code, it's yours from the first commit, same as any project. If not, we keep it and run it for you instead, for a smaller project fee plus a monthly subscription.
What happens after launch?
Handover is its own milestone, with training and change management scoped in the plan rather than left open. Thirty days of support is included after go-live, and past that it is a separate monthly agreement. If you would rather run it yourselves, the handover is written so you can.
How do you deliver faster than a larger agency?
One cross-discipline team runs the build end to end, instead of routing it through separate specialists and all the coordination and clarification that creates. AI handles the mechanical parts of writing and testing software inside that workflow, reviewed like any other work, and the time it saves comes back to you.
What is a fractional CTO?
Technical leadership delivered as a team rather than a single hire, covering architecture, hiring and product judgement for however many days a week the stage calls for, on a monthly retainer instead of a full-time salary. It suits startups that need that judgement before a full-time hire is justified.
What industries do you work in?
None in particular, by design. We take on government and private-sector work, single fixes and full transformations, software alone and software wired into hardware on the floor. The method stays the same either way. Map the workflow, then build to it.

One call. We tell you what we would build, what we would not, and what it costs, before either of us commits.

Commitments

What you get in writing.

The terms below are standard on every engagement, not negotiated per deal.

  • Standard

    Handover

Runbook and architecture decisions written down before we leave.

  • Standard

    PDPA

Singapore data protection handled at scoping, not retrofitted.

  • Standard

    Security

Threat modelling and an access review inside every build.

  • Not certified

    ISO 27001

We build to the standard. We are not certified against it, and will not imply otherwise.

Tell us the workflow.

It goes to the people who would do the work, not to a sales inbox.

Used only to reply to you. We won't add you to a list or share it with anyone.
